I am a 79-year old 'little old lady' who does a lot of ditch digging, brush clearing, tree pruning. These pants got a huge workout all summer and I recommend them highly. The knee pads are thicker than on my other gardening pants, and the second-best feature are the wide velcro size-adjusters at ankles, back of the knees, front and back of the waist.
The belt is easily assembled and disassembled easy to adjust and buckling and unbuckling is a snap. Very nice quality.
